Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Are you highly effective at scheduling, polished when interacting across internal and external contacts and able to pivot between shifting priorities? This international firm is seeking a Scheduler/Executive Assistant for the C-suite, ideally with previous Hill scheduling experience. The ideal professional understands how to prioritize and shift between tasks in a moment’s time. This role offers a fast pace of work with a client-minded team of leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level business support by maintaining a busy calendar, managing travel coordination, and liaising on behalf of the Executive.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and events across the Executive’s client base.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external contacts, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents.
  • Take accurate meeting notes and provide follow-up materials.
  • Assist in client management and business development efforts.
  • Handle expense reports and financial tracking spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership through exceptional written material, including but not limited to, memos, email communication, meeting materials, slide decks, reports, etc.
  • Consistently learn and adapt to changing priorities and offer guidance on time management, deadlines and project management.
