Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join its Commercial sales team. You’ll sell pest management solutions to a variety of industries, using Orkin’s trusted brand and proven training to win new business and protect customers’ facilities.

No industry experience is required to start; however, strong interpersonal skills and a drive to meet sales targets will help you succeed. The role offers competitive pay with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, devices, and a full benefits

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and sell to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and ensure safety.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and follow-up on leads.
• Use provided tools to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
