Orkin is hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to join its trusted pest control team. You’ll sell Orkin products and services to diverse commercial accounts, earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and qualify for a company vehicle and gas card after training.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required - we will train you!
• Experience in sales, prospecting, or cold calling is preferred
• Strong customer relationship management skills are required
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property—training provided
• Make recommendations to customers based on your inspection and issues identified
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized—training provided
