Job summary

Orkin Commercial sales team seeks an Outside Sales Rep to understand Orkin’s products and services and sell them to a variety of industries. You’ll build relationships, meet regulatory standards, and drive pest prevention solutions with confidence and care.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions, winning customers with confidence and care.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
