Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Sumner, WA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience while creating damage estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance companies. You will document every customer interaction, guide them through the repair process, and ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW operating standards.

A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of DRP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training as required.
