Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an outstanding customer experience by assessing vehicle damage, documenting needed repairs, and coordinating with insurance companies throughout the repair process. The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP procedures, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and the insurance network.

A valid driver's license and a willingness to complete I-CAR training are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and processes
• Coordinate with team for repair planning and communications
• Participate in daily production walks with management
• Support team members and attend trainings as needed
