Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Everett, WA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair steps, ensure compliance with DRP and WOW standards, participate in team walks and training, and support colleagues while advancing your career with industry-leading benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in collision repair estimation (DRP knowledge).
• Must complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings; support team.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Attend training sessions as required.
