Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing/prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment with NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional overnights.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests, issue resolution and advanced sales tasks across deposit, credit and other services.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for tailored solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Attend sales/service and product knowledge sessions to improve performance.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies for compliance.
• Provide a consistent, welcoming client experience during all transactions.
