Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Associate to provide top-tier service and accurate financial transactions. The role includes educating clients on digital banking and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The position requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and prior cash handling or client service experience. Some travel and weekend/extended hours may be required depending on branch needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous service and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales by outbound calling and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings.
