Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teammate for regular retail banking duties in Durham, NC. You will complete client transactions, educate on digital banking, and support outbound outreach while aligning with IRM strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours with possible travel

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking)
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and needs identification
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training and knowledge sessions to improve service and product knowledge
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
