Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience while processing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options.
• Support sales and service activities through outbound outreach.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
