Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time teammate for 1st shift in the United States. You will process client transactions, drive quality service, and support outbound calling and IRM activities to meet client financial needs.

Role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in teller/cash handling or client service, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend/extended hours availability and some travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with professional, courteous interactions while handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking) to enhance service quality.
• Assist with outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities to support sales and IRM activities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and pursue product knowledge through training.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay informed of policy changes to ensure compliance.
