Responsibilities

• Outside B2B sales, focusing primarily on new client acquisition and growing your book of business.
• Training to approach 25+ businesses a day to educate and protect management and employees.
• By year one, shift focus to servicing existing accounts and referral-based business.
• Provide a customized SalesForce CRM to organize prospecting and follow-up activities.
• Classroom and in-the-field training with top performers to become enrollment experts for small to medium businesses and self-employed owners.
• Within 30 days, training to set appointments and enrollments, follow up, close sales, and generate referrals.
