The role emphasizes outside B2B sales, new client acquisition, and building a book of business with comprehensive training and a Salesforce CRM to support prospecting and follow‑up. You’ll progress to re‑servicing accounts and referrals, backed by ongoing training and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Outside B2B sales focusing on new client acquisition and growing the book of business.
• Training on approaching 25+ businesses daily to educate and protect management and employees.
• Later focus on re-servicing existing accounts and referral-based business.
• SalesForce CRM to organize prospecting and follow-up activities.
• Classroom and in-field training with top performers to enroll small to mid-size businesses.
• Within 30 days, training to set appointments, enrollments, follow-ups, closing, and referrals.
