Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with upselling services.
• Experience coordinating with service technicians.
• Familiarity with Reynolds or Autoloop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services offered, including tire service, vehicle maintenance, and auto body repair.
• Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Accurately transmit service orders to technicians and follow up on progress.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
• Must achieve above National Average CSI Scores consistently.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area, promoting a professional environment for both customers and staff.
