Job summary

Charlie’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is seeking an exceptional Service Advisor to join our energetic team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through service processes, and ensuring satisfaction with our work.

We offer an aggressive pay plan and are looking for the BEST of the BEST; the ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, familiarity with automotive systems, and strong interpersonal skills. DealerTrack DMS experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with automotive systems and capability to explain them to non-technical customers.

• Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking our services.
• Provide solid recommendations about necessary services and repairs.
• Keep customers informed about service status and any changes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
• Work with service contract companies and insurance companies for authorization on repairs.
• Maintain High level Customer Satisfaction Index.
• Road testing vehicles with customers to verify complaints.
• Documenting customer complaints and finalizing repair orders.
• Ability to write 13-15 repair orders per day.
