Qualifications

• Experience helping customers and delivering an exceptional service experience.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and greet customers following procedures.
• Identify concerns, assess needs and provide service solutions.
• Walk around vehicles to evaluate service requirements and recommend maintenance.
• Explain costs, timelines and completion dates to customers.
• Secure approval for services and inspections and repair requests.
• Prepare repair orders and service documentation in ADP.
• Coordinate repair activities and communicate progress to customers.
• Provide status updates and manage delivery of vehicles after service.
