• Provide accurate cost and time estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Check progress of services and notify customers of any changes in cost or delivery time.
• Administer warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm appointments by phone and follow up post-repair.
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery and communicate results to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal automotive repair regulations and company policies.
