Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Valid NY driver's license; clean record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.
• People-oriented with a focus on CSI scores.
• Sales mindset and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer symptoms and clarify problems for the technician.
