Qualifications

• Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
• Diagnose and recommend automotive solutions based on test results.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and comply with safety regs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workplace safety as Priority #1 and follow all safety policies.
• Provide diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for automotive systems including ASE areas A1–A8.
• Initiate Service Work Orders and ensure displays with vehicle during service.
• Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
• Return parts to the Desk Team and manage cores/tires as required.
• Maintain 16-week productivity targets for Master Technician level.
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications and VIP processes.
