Job summary

The Master Technician will maintain service work orders, support 5-for-5 customer engagement, participate in training, and achieve productivity targets, ASE certifications, and state inspections
Qualifications
- Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journal or procedures.
- Explain vehicle information to customers and respond to questions.
- Diagnose and recommend solutions for basic automotive problems.
- Apply written or diagram instructions and perform required services.
- Possess ability to perform listed automotive services.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize workplace safety as the primary duty and train in safety policies.
- Provide diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for automotive systems.
- Initiate a valid Service Work Order and display it with the vehicle.
- Complete MPI and support the 5-for-5 Customer Engagement Process.
- Return unused parts to the Desk Team and manage cores/batteries/tires.
- Maintain productivity targets and stay current with training and ASE status.
- Uphold VIP quality standards and participate in team meetings.
