You will greet customers, assess service needs, guide them with expert advice, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely, high-quality service while upholding our standards of integrity and care.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• A passion for customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
