The C. Harper Auto Group's Buick/GMC dealership is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in automotive service advising and must be an experienced advisor, coupled with a valid commercial driver’s license. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, responsible for accurately diagnosing their vehicle service needs, delivering exemplary customer service, and

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Experience: 2+ years in automotive service advisor role.
English: Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to understand service needs and communicate effectively.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain relationships.
Uphold company standards for ethics, professionalism, and community relations.
Monitor service progress and update customers on status and timelines.
