Qualifications

• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor with understanding of service processes.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in computer use and business machines with multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for service and long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand service needs and advise accordingly.
• Build relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns.

• Promote additional services and retail promotions to maximize sales.
