Job summary

David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Customer Service Representative to join the alterations team. You will welcome customers via in-person, phone, and virtual channels, manage flow with store systems, and promote alterations services to ensure a five-star experience.

The role involves assisting multiple customers, following service vows, pressing and preparing garments, and maintaining store standards. Part-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm in person, on phone, or via chat.
• Use systems to manage customer flow for a five-star experience.
• Meet service vows: Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs, Be There for all customers.
• Assist multiple customers; escalate issues with leadership when needed.
• Explain alterations role in perfecting a dress for events.
• Promote alterations services and personalization options.
• Maintain store standards and promotional readiness.
• Escort customers to alterations for appointments.
• Press, steam and spot-clean merchandise.
• Perform duties as assigned by store management.
