Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for Virginia.
• 3+ years of experience managing insurance portfolios or high-touch client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent ability to explain complex policy details in clear language.
• Professional CIC or CISR certification preferred.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Virginia.

Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or high-touch client relationships.

Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.

Strong proficiency with insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in clear, simple language.

Professional certification such as CIC or CISR.
