• Craft tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine security for families and businesses in the Virginia Beach area.
• Proactively review existing accounts to ensure our clients have the right protection as their lives evolve.
• Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships through consistent, thoughtful check-ins and honest advice.
• Handle all policy inquiries and coverage adjustments with precision, care, and a focus on clarity.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible outcomes for our policyholders.
• Act as a local ambassador for our agency by maintaining a presence at community events and building your professional network.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License for the state of Virginia.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios or high-touch client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong proficiency with insurance agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in clear, simple language.
• Professional certification such as CIC or CISR.
