Job summary

The Atlantic District in Leesburg, VA is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent to serve families and businesses with tailored risk solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, manage a portfolio, and collaborate with underwriting partners to secure competitive coverage.

Join a locally-rooted firm that values relationship-building, professional growth, and a supportive, client-centered culture. A Virginia P&C license and several years in consultative sales are required, with a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License is active.
• Three or more years in consultative sales or insurance brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of personal and commercial insurance products.
• Strong comfort with cloud-based CRM and digital document management.
• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Ability to navigate complex policy nuances to find the best fit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, guiding coverage selections.
• Perform needs assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommendations.
• Manage and nurture a client portfolio with proactive communication.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners for competitive coverage options.
