Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the Manchester area.
Analyze current coverage levels and suggest improvements based on the individual needs of each family or business.
Manage a consistent sales pipeline, focusing on quality interactions rather than high-pressure tactics.
Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate risk assessment and policy issuance.
Attend local community events to increase the agency's visibility and presence.
Keep up to date with shifting insurance regulations and market trends to remain a reliable expert for your clients.
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in the state of Connecticut.
Three or more years of experience managing insurance portfolios.
Strong comfort level with consultative sales conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard CRM platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to commute daily to our Manchester office.
