Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advisory roles.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to explain coverage clearly to clients.
• Excellent time management and self-directed results.
• Experience managing a pipeline of leads and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead our sales efforts by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the Winchester community.
• Meet one-on-one with prospective clients to evaluate their coverage needs and offer comprehensive solutions.
• Review existing policies to ensure our clients have the right protection as their life situations evolve.
• Mentor junior team members on sales techniques and product knowledge to help everyone succeed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy changes within our database.
• Engage in local events and networking to build a strong, recognizable presence for The Atlantic District.
