Park Place Finance is seeking 10 elite Account Executives who know how to build relationships, generate business, and close loans. You''ll work with real estate investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners, originating business through both retail and wholesale channels while supported by a team that understands speed wins deals.

You'll be funded by a fast-moving organization that emphasizes speed, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven and verifiable history of funding $2M+ in monthly loan volume over the previous 12 months.
• Experience developing business with investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners.
• Experience originating both retail and wholesale loans.
• Strong knowledge of private real estate lending.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with investors, mortgage brokers, and referral partners.
• Originate loans through both retail and wholesale channels.
• Structure financing solutions for Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, DSCR, and Rental Portfolio loans.
• Manage your pipeline from initial conversation through funding.
• Partner with underwriting and operations to deliver an exceptional client experience.
