You will turn inbound and prospect leads into funded loans—construction, acquisition-and-rehab, and DSCR loans brokered by us—while maintaining a tight CRM and delivering a high-touch experience to investors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales/origination experience in mortgage lending, real estate, or related fields.
• Knowledge of real estate investment from the investor's side.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Comfort with a commission-forward compensation model.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound and prospected leads into funded deals.
• Structure construction loans and acquisition-and-rehab loans for fix-and-flip investors (DSCR loans brokered).
• Answer calls and be the trusted, straight-shooting investor advisor.
• Keep CRM tight and current and know our loan programs inside out.
• Close deals and build long-term investor partnerships.
