Job summary

Park Place Finance is seeking an Inside Account Executive to join our loan origination team in Austin. You’ll engage real estate investors, prequalify loan opportunities, and support the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This mid-level role includes best-in-class training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth, with a base salary of $40,000 and uncapped commissions that drive total compensation toward six figures in Year 1 and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in lending/finance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, customer service, or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 75–150 outbound calls daily to connect with new leads and past borrowers.
• Engage borrowers to understand investment goals and lending needs.
• Educate clients on core loan products (Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, DSCR).
• Assist senior AEs with gathering borrower information and prequalification materials.
• Schedule and coordinate borrower meetings and pipeline updates.
• Maintain proactive communication with borrowers and internal teams through the loan cycle.
