Chesapeake Search Partners in Baltimore seeks an Account Executive to originate, structure, and close private lending transactions for real estate investors and developers. You will build a high-touch borrower experience and manage deals from inquiry to funding.

The role requires 2+ years in private lending, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a disciplined pipeline approach using Zoho CRM. You will collaborate with underwriting, brokers, and operations to deliver timely closings.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of private or hard money lending experience.
• Proven success in loan origination, sales, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of real estate investment strategies (fix & flip, DSCR, rental, bridge).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong analytical skills and deal structuring ability.
• CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required for experienced candidates.
