Job summary

Real Estate Private Lending Account Executive role in San Diego is seeking a driven sales professional to grow a network of brokers, realtors, and borrowers to generate a steady stream of loan origination. You will set targets with management and work to meet or exceed them.

You will develop and maintain borrower/broker databases, provide training and support, pre-qualify loans, review submission packages for credit approval, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in mortgage origination.
• College degree strongly preferred.
• NMLS license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiating skills over phone and in person.
• Extremely strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow a network of brokers, realtors, and borrowers to develop loan origination.
• Meet or exceed loan production targets.
• Develop and maintain a database of borrowers and brokers.
• Provide training and support to borrowers and brokers.
• Pre-qualify loans and review loan submissions for credit approval.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to gather requirements for closing.
• Assist loan servicing with delinquent payments on loans originated by you.
• Direct mortgage broker approval process and provide required forms.
