Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of hands-on eligibility experience processing public assistance programs.
• Strong knowledge of Food Assistance and Medicaid policies.
• Ability to mentor staff and support supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and in-unit training.
• Review cases and provide feedback to improve accuracy.
• Mentor staff and address identified training needs.
• Assist with client concerns and fair hearing reviews.
• Participate in workgroups and special projects.
