Qualifications

• Two years paraprofessional experience in eligibility determination or related work.
• Associate’s degree or higher, or 60 semester/90 quarter hours in lieu of experience.
• Minimum one year in Florida DCF Economic Self-Sufficiency Program as Eligibility Specialist I.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and ongoing eligibility for social service programs.
• Review, analyze, and correct complex, error-prone cases.
