Qualifications

• Two years paraprofessional experience in eligibility-related work.
• Associate degree or 60 hours can substitute for the experience.
• Plus, minimum one year in the Florida DCF ES program as an Eligibility Specialist I.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze complex cases to determine eligibility and service amounts.
• Conduct training and mentoring for staff.
• Plan, evaluate and guide staff toward quality improvements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
