Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related customer contact/interaction experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software typically used in a corporate environment.
• Ability to enter a high volume of data accurately and quickly.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and renewal eligibility for public assistance programs such as SNAP/Medicaid/TANF.
• Process applications, reviews, hearings, and changes per guidelines.
• Register online applications, renewals and process verifications in Georgia Gateway.
• Maintain records of applicant data and communications.
