Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years of customer contact experience.
• At least 1 year in a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and assesses effectiveness of services to meet outcomes.
• Ensures policy compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Leads collaboration within units and with partner agencies.
