Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1 year of related customer contact/interaction experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls from constituents about SNAP, Medicaid, TANF, and related programs.
• Determine initial and renewal eligibility for public assistance programs.
• Process applications and verifications using established guidelines and the Georgia Gateway system.
• Enter data accurately and maintain records per SOPs.
• Provide courteous customer service and assist LEPSI as needed.
