Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience with customer contact/interaction.
• Preferred: 4 years of related experience with customer contact/interaction or combination of education/experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Determine initial and renewal eligibility for SNAP/Medicaid/TANF.
• Process applications, reviews, hearings, and changes per policies.
• Register online applications, renewals, and verifications in Georgia Gateway.
• Record and evaluate applicant personal and financial data.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
