Responsibilities

• Eligibility Specialists gather data for all relevant assistance programs face-to-face or via phone.
• Verify information meets state policies and obtain release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verify income, assets, and other documents.
• Review regulations and program requirements with clients.
• Utilize automated program to determine eligibility of state programs.
• Data entry into state database.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email.
