Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Service in Boston, MA. The role focuses on existing installation services, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through service agreements for maintenance and repairs across elevator systems.

You will coordinate with field technicians, manage accounts, and pursue opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies and procedures. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum of 2 years sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance and repairs.
• Manage existing and new customer accounts and pursue opportunities to secure service agreements.
• Act as liaison between customer and Schindler to build long-term relationships and grow revenue.
• Identify sales opportunities, present proposals, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initiation to delivery.
