Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Service Sales Manager in Boston to lead territory sales, grow the service portfolio, and drive customer excellence. You will partner with the General Manager – Service to execute plans, manage budgets, and coach a team of Service Sales Representatives to achieve financial goals.

The role requires B2B sales experience and knowledge of elevator service, with a focus on major accounts and retention.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Management, Marketing, or Sales (preferred).
• B2B sales experience essential.
• Knowledge of product applications; service techniques; ability to read financial statements.
• Multiple years within Schindler or service‑oriented businesses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager – Service to execute territory business plans and hit financial goals.
• Drive service sales initiatives and develop regional growth strategies.
• Assist in developing sales budgets and annual EI Sales Plan alignment.
• Grow the service portfolio by increasing unit count and value.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Service Sales Representatives to meet KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and manage escalated issues.
