Job summary

Otis seeks a Service Sales Consultant to cover the Knoxville, TN territory, reporting to the Service Sales & Operations manager. The role aims to grow sales by developing a customer prospect pipeline focused on new maintenance contracts and incremental repair projects.

You will manage relationships, resolve inquiries, cold call prospects, and close deals while collaborating with sales and field teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Business or technical degree or technician training with 3 years of experience.
• Experience selling technical service agreements.
• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
• High commitment, reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer inquiries and needs.
• Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders.
• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast results.
