Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Service Sales Consultant to cover the Knoxville, TN territory. You will build a customer pipeline for maintenance contracts and lead incremental repair project opportunities.

You will manage relationships with existing customers, cold-call new prospects, and collaborate with sales and field teams to achieve sales targets while using Otis’ tools to forecast and close deals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or technical training with 3 years in sales/technical settings.
• Experience selling technical service agreements requiring consultation.
• Strong customer service orientation and reliability.

• Manage a portfolio of elevator service customers and maintain relationships.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and timely issue resolution.
• Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders.
• Develop and execute your sales strategy to hit targets.
