Job summary

The role entails evaluating customer needs, developing capital plans, and coordinating with operations for timely delivery. Responsibilities include preparing repair proposals, bidding service contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience in elevator/service industry preferred.
• Ability to read architectural and/or blueprint drawings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas for service and repair growth and renewal.
• Manage service accounts by visiting customers to build enduring relationships.
• Develop capital plans and propose repair/service improvements with customers.
