Job summary

TK Elevator in Columbus, OH is seeking an Account Manager- Service/Repair to secure and maintain service accounts and repair work while developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers so that the branch meets annual revenue goals.

Essential duties include managing Tier 1–3 customer relationships, preparing proposals and bids, coordinating with operations, and driving contract renewals and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings preferred
• Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Exceeds sales goals and quotas by leveraging tools for service and repair growth
• Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1–3 customers to build ongoing relationships
• Develops capital plans addressing building needs
• Prepares repair job proposals with labor and cost estimates using estimating software
• Prepares service contract bids and coordinates change orders with operations
• Monitors current service contracts and renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction
