Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Sales Representative- New Installation in Birmingham, AL to bid and secure new installation contracts. You will develop relationships with architects, contractors, and owners, and work with operations to ensure profitable completion of projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 1–2 years of related sales experience, with preference for elevator industry exposure and blueprint reading abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related sales experience, elevator sales or industry experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/blueprint drawings preferred

Responsibilities

• Bid on and secure new installation sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and property managers during pre-bid and project phases.
• Prepare quotes and bids from project plans/specs.
• Update CRM and manage sales pipeline.
